🪔 Your modak cracks because the dough got cold.

Not because you lack skill.

Here is the full explanation — free, before you buy anything.

😔 Every year the same thing happens.

You decide this is the year you will make modak at home. You buy the rice flour. You watch three videos. And the first one cracks open in your hands.

So you go to the sweet shop, feeling a little defeated, and buy a box for four hundred rupees.

Here is what nobody tells you.

🔑 Rice flour dough cracks because it gets cold.

Rice flour has no gluten. Gluten is the stretchy thing in wheat flour that holds dough together. Rice flour does not have it. Hot water is the only thing that makes rice flour stretchy. The moment the dough cools down, it becomes dry sand again. Then every pleat you fold will split open.

So here is the rule 👇

✨ Knead the dough while it is hot. Keep it under a damp cloth every single second you are not touching it.

Take a clean cotton cloth. Wet it. Squeeze out all the extra water. Cover the dough with it. Cover the small balls with it. Cover the finished modak with it too, until they go into the steamer.

If your dough still feels dry, do not add cold water. Dip your palm in warm water and knead again. Cold water will make it worse.

That one habit is the difference between 12 broken modak and 12 perfect ones.

🎁 This tip is yours. You do not have to buy anything. Try it and see.

😑 Chakli that goes soft by the second day

😰 Twenty people arriving and nothing ready

Bappa Ka Bhog is for all of it.

🗓️ WHY A PLAN, NOT JUST RECIPES

Recipes are free on the internet. That is true.

What is not free is the plan.

▪️ A day by day chart — which thali and which modak for each of the ten days

▪️ What can be made five days early, and what has to be made that morning

▪️ How much to cook for 10, 25, 50 or 100 people

▪️ One shopping list that covers all ten days

That is the part that leaves you standing in the kitchen at seven in the morning every year. That is what this bundle is really for.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

💰 THE PRICE

Rs 99 for the whole bundle. All five files.

135 recipes. That is 73 paise a recipe.

🏪 Sweet shop modak — Rs 400 a box

🏪 Kaju katli — Rs 900 to Rs 1,200 a kilo

🏠 The same kaju katli at home — about Rs 500

The first thing you make at home pays for this ebook. The other 134 recipes come free.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⏳ WHY NOW

Ganesh Chaturthi is on 14 September. That date does not move, and neither does the kitchen work.

▪️ Bhajani — a week before

▪️ Chakli and shankarpali — five days before

▪️ Chivda — three days before

▪️ Goda masala — before the festival starts

▪️ Puran — one day ahead

So if you want farsan and mithai on the table too, the planning starts now, not on the 14th.

📥 The bundle downloads straight away. Buy it today, make your list today.

🚫 THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF

❌ You only want one modak recipe

You will find that free on YouTube. This is for people planning all ten days.

❌ Ganpati is not installed at your home

The recipes are good, but the whole structure is built around ten days.

❌ You are happy buying everything from the shop

Nothing wrong with that. This is for people who want to cook it themselves.

❌ You want it in Hindi or Marathi

All five files are in simple English right now — simple enough that a child in the house can read them. Hinglish and Marathi editions are being worked on but are not ready yet. We would rather tell you now.

If any of these sound like you, please do not buy it. We would rather this bundle actually got used in your kitchen.
